- After this form is submitted, a private instructor will be contacted and that instructor will set up lesson times with you.
- The price for all lessons is set by and paid directly to the private instructor. Private teachers may request to be paid weekly or in advance. Longer lesson times can be directly negotiated with your private teacher.
- Lessons are offered during the school day depending upon private instructor availability on a first come, first served basis. Lessons are also offered before and after school, per private teacher schedules. Many private teachers offer lessons exclusively out of their own studios at their homes. Other teachers are willing to travel to your home.
- If there is no school on a given weekday, private lessons hosted at the school will not occur on that specific day.
- Students and parents are responsible for giving lesson teachers at least 24 hours notice for a lesson that must be missed for any reason.
- Except for emergencies, private teachers may charge the full price for a lesson appointment that is missed without 24 hours notice. Likewise, if a teacher does not notify of a lesson cancellation, then the student can request to receive a free lesson or refund of the same amount.
- Please arrive early for lessons and bring all materials.
- Please exchange contact information with your private instructor, including phone and email.
